Is have stomach-ache while using the restroom conventional?

well im 13 weeks pregnant and going to the bathroom is painful. i have to pee almost every hour but when i do pee is greatly little and i feel a cramp pain while im pushing to pee. Also before i get pregnant i would do #2 once a day. Now i only do #2 once every 2 days. and when i push i get this sharp cramp sentiment in my lower abdomen. Its really painful and sometimes i quality the need of doing #2 and pushing but nothing comes out. is this normal?

Also im sorry if some ppl construe this is gross. but i need answers before i have my subsequent Dr. appointment. thanks
