Is it of late me or does the "femininity detecting ultrasound" give the impression of being to help yourself to forever to attain here!?
You know the scheduled u/s that usually takes place at 20 weeks in which they look at adjectives of the baby's anatomy...well, it seems like it's taking a LIFE TIME to carry here! I'm so anxious to see my baby again and FINALLY find out the sex!!
Question: How was your experience in finding out what you be having??
Why wait to the 20weeks ultrasound? when you can lately buy the Gender Pregnancy Urine Test, you can test as early as 6weeks pregnant. i bought this with my first babe & it was right! you just pee on the stick & if it comes out the colour Blue its a Boy & if it comes out the colour Pink Its a Girl (ofcourse) but its very expensive but capably worthit! heres the link to have a look at it; http://www.pulsepharmacy.com.au/productdetail.aspx?ProductID=18973

It be very exciting finding out. The sonographer of course waited til the awfully end to tell us the sex. I think to be exact to keep you interested in what they are saying - its in fact much more important that things are growing correctly then it is to find out the sex.
When we first started the ultrasound I thought I saw something between the legs. I was right, its a boy! :)
Also it be very scary! The tech told us his kidneys were dialated - which could be zilch but it also could mean that he will have to have surgery next. Anyway I had another ultrasound at 28 weeks and his kidneys are fine!
As exciting as it was to find out the sex I have to utter my first ultrasound was more exciting. The first time seeing him, and knowing this is real was mindblowing!
When are you have your ultrasound? Good luck and Congrats! :)
Answers: I didn't get to have mine until 22 weeks!! I be so ready to find out tho. And it's only after they check the vitals and make sure everything is ok beside the baby before they let you know what the femininity is. So be prepared to be patient. lol. It was totally worth the wait tho. My man looked-for a boy and I had a feeling that it was gonna be one so when they asked if we considered necessary to know the sex, he said a little too excitedly- of course!! And we found out that it was a boy and he in actuality pumped his fist and said YES! It was totally funny. It was a good time and at hand was some happy tears on my part lately seeing the little peanut moving around in there. When we got our second ultrasound it was no doubt that the little one was still 100% boy. He be showing his parts like crazy. lol. Good luck and hopefully time will pass by quickly til your ultrasound. Source(s): 35 weeks 1 daytime...Due September 6th with a little baby boy.
The excitement make it worthwhile. When we went for my 1st pregnancy, my son had it all floppy out, was quite the exhibitionist so there be no denying he was a boy! I went on wednesday for this pregnancy, but baby have their legs closed and the cord was sitting around the genitals so we've no idea what we're having but the surprise will be amazing! I've get a huge feeling it's a girl but we'll have to wait and see!
There really isn't usually an ultrasound done to specifically determine gender. The 20 week u/s is done to make sure baby is growing and developing as it should. Most women are only just able to find out the gender, if baby is cooperating, at that point because the sexual organs are developed by next and can be seen.
But yes, it does seem to take forever for the 20 week put pen to paper!
My experience was fun. It was cool to see my little guy and find out he was a boy. Though I never did see the insubordinate bits in utero; he was a wiggle worm within there. Had a really good u/s tech because she caught a glimpse and knew.
I already knew by instinct what I was have but when we went to confirm it both pregnancys the babys had their legs crossed so we couldn't see. This is my third and my U/S is next week, I own no clue what I am having this time, we have our fingers crossed that this baby is of a mind to share it's secret.
I too unloved the wait before we had the 20 weeks U/S... But presently that I look back, I can barely remember the wait as it seem so long ago lol... And the wait was well worth it, it be so Awesome! He changed so much since I had seen him at 12 weeks, & found out I was right in the region of the gender, "it" was a "boy"!!
Pregnancy for me, has appear to went by fairly fast, I can't believe I am 36 weeks, lone 4 more weeks to go!! It's crazy!! Now it seems to be dragging on lol, but I made it this far just for a moment to go =0)
GL & Congrats!!
Yes it takes forever and ten years! Mine was ably worth the wait though, because we found out that everything was growing wonderfully and also that she was a girl. Good Luck to you! Source(s): 20 weeks beside a little girl
It took forever to come around!! Like ohhh my gosh! FOREVER!
Then when I got there my bladder wasnt full adequate and I had to come back in 2 hours, So after 120 oz. of hose down my bladder was finally full enough.
I finally got within there and found out it was a girl! YAY!
lol
Now Im waiting for the final 6 weeks to go by so I can see her!
Good Luck! Source(s): 34 weeks pregnant beside a baby girl
I am getting the twiches waiting till Thursday!! I postponed it till 21 weeks to be REALLY sure, (We have 2 boys and remaining neutral on the boy/girl nouns is killing me!)
The first time was thrilling,
The second time was relieving, I am not sure why, but that is to say how we felt.
This time I really want a girl. Last time I was fine with 2 boys. But three? It merely seems so, exhausting somehow. Not that a girl would be less tiring than 3 boys, but I guess it is the change of name and colors, and room decor.and I love my two friends little girls soo much. But whatever The Lord has for us is what is best for us. I shall try to be un-biased on Thursday, If I don't go dotty waiting, . Source(s): Oh and this is kinda esteemed...I was advised to drink a mountain dew, or coke, something with a touch caffeine and sugar before the U/S. Advise I did not heed the first time, and nearly did not get to find out. (I had a big tender spot where on earth the lady gouged me with the little hand-held thingy. She asked how bleak I wanted to know. I said I really needed to know, and she told me to hang on and not hit her, then she started digging adjectives over my belly trying to get a peek . thankfully he moved merely long enough for her to snap a pic.)
The second time I had some iced coffee, and had no trouble, My sis slammed a 20 oz Mello Yellow previously hers and the baby cooperated and was all nice and wiggly.
So only something to keep in mind.
Idk i was too impatient and bought the new femininity detection test from walgreens :p i figured out i was have a boy at 9 weeks! The ultrasound was amazing though :))
