Can you drink sturgeon fish while pregnant?

? i know you cant eat most fish but what about sturgeon fish?
can't guzzle fish while pregnant.
From what my doctor told me, adjectives fish should be avoided while pregnant. There is mercury in them that can cause birth defects. Some society still eat fish, but I chose not to. Wait, I did eat salmon one time, but got sick, so I stayed away from it. Good luck :)

sturgeon is safe. as long as it's farm i guess? :) don't completely avoid fish...it's really healthy in moderation! just avoid HIGH mercury fish
