Why does my ribs hurt and I hold shoulder aching?.-possibly pregnant?
Ever since yesterday I have shoulder pain( first it started on the right side now today on the left) and its like implicit my ribs and its very sore kinda like I bruised them. and I can hardly breath.( I took 2 tylenol today and it go away but not for very long) I didn't eat much tonight cos I'm in plentifully of pain at first I thought it was my heart, cos I have heart problems but I looked online and there's like mad of stuff about ribs and being pregnant. I am late for my extent and I kinda think I am pregnant but not sure. & No I didn't hurt my ribs or shoulder anywhere, it just happened right out of the blue yesterday. I read this some where on earth is this true?

& I am trying to conceive I have a funky period last month, very pale and I took a clear blue pregnancy and got a false positive, and this month I am late for my period, kinda abnormal.
I would just really like some info if anyone knows anything. & don't speak about me to take a test I already did thank you. If this continues Im going to see my Doctor this week.

The shoulder backache is worrisome, it can be a symptom of a tubal pregnancy.Your light period could have be implantation bleeding and your false positive may have been real. I'd see the dr asap to find out if you are pregnant and to rule out a tubal. Good luck!
I've never heard of shoulder pain having anything to do beside pregnancy. Ribs maybe, but not until later in pregnancy once the uterus is bigger. I hold never heard of it happening in precipitate pregnancy. Any pain I had early on be in my lower abdomen.

Answers: Hey girlie! VERY interesting. I actually attain rib pain high up on the right side (near shoulder blade) EVERY DAY, usually when I am seated/lying and resting which causes my breathing to be laboured. It also happen more if I'm not in a straight position. Its like a pulling, cramping pain.
I asked my OBGYN give or take a few it when it had first happened a few times weeks ago and he said that it was adjectives with pregnancy and is everything being pulled etc due to the pregnancy. He even mentioned to me that he had to induce a woman early due to how painful that pain have got towards the end of her pregnancy. Since that conversation it has get steadily worse and I get it pretty much each night.
It is annoying, but bareable and I just hope it doesn't get worse as time goes on!
So all of that incoherent was to say that maybe this COULD be a pregnancy sign. The single thing is that I have gotten this due to my body stretching with the pregnancy and kid getting bigger. So I don't know if you would be feeling this so early on but definitely worth checking!
What you are experiencing is EXACTLY what I discern.

How are you sure it be a false positive? When you say you had a period, how long did it later? Was it just like a day or so of spotting, or did it second over 2-4 days and you had to use pads and/or tampons? When did you take the testing, before or after your period? I think the wisest course of management would be to take another pregnancy test as soon as possible - I'm talking tomorrow. I'm sure you already know this, but near your poor OB history and your heart conditions, you are definitely high-risk. If you are pregnant, you will need to be evaluated as soon as possible, and referred to a perinatologist (a high-risk OB/GYN). Good luck.
