What do you do if you crave things you are allergic too?

I want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich REALLY bad but allergic to peanuts? Any kind of substitute that that can cover for it?
Almond butter, but I'd do a test on your skin first as often it's made in services that also handle peanuts so cross contamination can occur.
Obviously you aren't going to eat something that you are allergic to. At most minuscule not if you don't want to end up very sick or in the hospital.

Maybe you can in recent times have a jelly sandwich. Or if you have a health food store in the vicinity you may be able to get a substitute that is made next to soy nuts.

Good luck.
do it anyways. EAT THAT PEANUT BUTTAH
ask your doc about some alternatives resembling soy
Answers:    You can try sunflower nut butter or soy nut butter, it tastes profusely like peanut butter and you can buy it at health food stores. Source(s): I have a lacto-vegetarian friend who likes to try new things.
