Am i pregnant or own i miscarried?
To cut a long story short i have recently gone off the pill after six years on it short a break.
I been off it now for around six months and until not long hadn't really noticed a difference.
Around a month ago i started feeling a change contained by my body,put on a little weight and felt increased breast discomfort.
I have been in a relationship for two years and since going sour the pill ave been having unprotected sex.
Around a week ago i started getting a light pink/brown discharge which be only light.
Yesterday morning we had intercourse and fast after i started bleeding heavily. It has since stopped.
I cant go to the doctors yet but want to know if this is a sign of miscarriage? or freshly a result of having intercourse?.
Please help!
it could be a sign of a miscarriage, or it just could be your body adjusting to not man on the pill, have you taken a home pregnancy test, if not you should help yourself to one to even find out if you are pregnant in the first place.
You shouldn't usually bleed after intercourse, even if you're pregnant. If may be a sign of miscarriage, but it may not. I once had heavy bleeding from week 10-19 of a pregnancy and the babe was fine. Another pregnancy I had no bleeding but in week 14 the kid was found to have died at nine weeks.
The only course to know is to go to the doctor, tell them your symptoms. They'll likely decree an ultrasound and you'll be able to see then whether you're pregnant, miscarrying or not pregnant at all.
If you're not currently bleeding you can probably dawdle until Monday, but if you start bleeding again you could go straight to an ER.

Answers: when i was on the pill and come off i was up and down with my cycles for almost 12 months before they regulated, you would know if you had miscarried as you would have have sharp crippeling over pains, bleeding and clots, you will gain weight and get hormonal chages because thats what the pill is, so once you stop taking it your hormones take a battering, if you steal a test now you could get a lightheaded positive result if you was pregnant as the hormone doesnt come out right away. x
bleeing after intercorse isnt a good sign! did you ahve any large clots? so to ask but this is a sign of miscarriage!
