Break up with him, but probability are if he wants to see his baby he will take you to court so that he get some sort of custody. The only way you can prevent him from seeing the baby is if you can prove that he shouldn't be around a child, but even still he would probably seize supervised visits.
Don't put him on the birth warrant? But if you do that, don't expect to get child support. It's still his kid too, so you should at least let him see her/him.
well he is going to have as many parental righst as you..unless you can prove that hes impertinent...such as police reports..or pictures of bruises...maybe when you have a custody hearing you could ask for a drug audition...if he does them.but unfortunately unelss yoiu can prove he is harmful to the child there isn't much you can do
Answers: I basically want to say congrats on the baby and im so happy that you see that he is controlling back the baby is born. my mom was pregnant with me and my dad be controlling but she was to scared to leave him so she stayed and his controlling behavior turned into physical misuse...she always tells me that she wished she would own left when she had the chance when i be little...eventually she left.

1.) if your married see a lawyer and have custody papers drawn up and he will have to sign them and relinquish his parental rights to you and if he doesn't you will own to take him to court and prove your the better parent...the best thing to do is see a lawyer and he/she will share you your options!
2.) if your not married on the birth day or birth certificate speak that your the only parent idk much about this one

Okay you guys are just going through moody times. You can put your bf name on the tag but when you name your child the last name should be his concluding name~your last name.. If you do want custody girl you should worry give or take a few him collecting because it's always the mother who will win the custody... It up to you if he is abusive you should leave but hold your child
