It could be the baby balling up! Just consider...at 18 weeks its about the size of your hand so its possible!

those are BH contractions and they can come at anytime in your pregnancy...
but they are totally normal even untimely on.

With second pregnancies you should start feeling it eariler. With my first I got flutters at 16 weeks so you may just be attitude the baby!
