16 weeks and still haven't gain any solidity?
i actually lost a couple pounds because i feel really nauseous i just look any different is this normal or should i try eating more?
sounds fine to me as long as your eating healthy!! I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and ive only gain 2 pounds =) so it all just depends
You only requirement to eat an extra 300 calories a day when your pregnant. This equates to about 2 small chocolate bar. You need to eat a well in proportion diet and your baby will grow accordingly. I'm sick of this hype that women need to gain 40 pounds to enjoy a healthy pregnancy! It's ridiculous and an excuse for women to eat.
I am almost 27 weeks and have gain 10 pounds. I had lost weight in the inauguration just like you because I was soooo sick. Every doctor's appointment and ultrasound show the toddler is right on track and doing well. I have acheived this through eating a capably balanced diet and avoiding fast or processed food all the while adjectives in moderate exercise.
Because I have only gain weight in my belly (and boobs I might add, yeesh!) I be able to feel the baby's kicks at 18 weeks and my husband be able to actually see them at 24 weeks. As I said I'm almost 27 weeks and you can see my little one moving around, it's awesome! My hubby even had his ear on my belly the other dark and could hear the heart beat (definitely baby not me, way to lofty for that!). I say keep eating capably and your body will gain the weight necessary for you and your baby to be in shape.
Answers: Ha! I wouldn't be complaining.
Also long as you and baby are in good health and getting all the necessary vitamins etc. then I would influence that you are just fine.
I don't know whether or not your overweight but for women that are, sometimes they LOSE weight during pregnancy and have especially healthy babies. It just depends on your body shape and size.
If your really concerned you can always send for and ask your OB. There is no such thing as a silly question.
im also 16 weeks and ive lost 10lbs. i be pretty hefty prior to getting pregnant and my dr told me not only is this normal but its probably better for me and the baby (diabetes runs within my family)
we are both getting the nutrients we need but alot of the weigth loss has to do with my increase contained by food intake. i never really ate enough before and now next to small more frequent meals its common to lose some weight.
CONGRATS and GOOD LUCK dont verbs unles your doctors do :)
Don't verbs, this is quite common for a lot of women surrounded by the first trimester. You just eat as much as feels right to you. Your appetite will increase as you find further along. Wishing you the best hun!
don't worry i be the same way i would not gain any weight at adjectives until i got to like 20 weeks or so ever since then i hold just been gaining none stop, your appetite will eventually see in it's just a matter of time.
I'm 16 weeks along today and haven't gained any weight either. I also look pretty much alike, just a little belly but it just looks resembling I'm bloated which I'm sure I am. As long as you are eating and staying hydrated you shouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't try to guzzle too much more or you will have a hard time losing the weight after the newborn is born. You will gain weight soon enough, don't worry and don't rush it.
You couldnt tell i was pregnant intell i was 20 weeks and even afterwards i didnt have a big belly im 29 weeks now and u can def tell lol Just dangle in there u will look pregnant soon enough lol Source(s): 29 weeks next to Kayleigh Mariah
