Im 36 weeks pregnant and?

i am getting a lot of lower back pain lately and yesteryear two days i have been leaking extra vaginal mucus i also am experiencing lots of extra braxton hicks! at my ending appointment the doc said the baby was engaged! sometimes i cant pace as the baby feels like it is screw down in my vagina (kind of feels like a sharp cut ripping at me! do you think labor is close? or am i reading too much into it?
Answers:    Labor is definatly close. You are almost there. I would make sure that your hospital shoulder bag is right next to the door as well as shoes and anything else so you are ready and receive just get out the door.
