When will I find a short time bump contained by pregnancy?

Im about 10 weeks 5 days pregnant. Unfortunatly I have suffered two early miscariages this year at 4 weeks. I get pregnant right after my last loss which is this pregnancy. As you can imagine im very anxious and the hormones dont oblige. So I have heard that if you lie vertebrae you can feel an orange sort of ball above your uterus at around this stage. But I cant perceive anything like that only if i have a full bladder i can perceive a lump but thats my bladder right? I had a scan last week at 9 weeks 3 days and everything looked fine with a heart rout. I have my nucheal scan next thursday and I just want to know if everything is ok because im a short time ago a worrier. Please can you give some advice? I have have morning sickness and my breasts have got larger. I also have to stir up at least three times a night for the bathroom.

Answers:    Im sure everything is fine I am 11 weeks today and I dont feel that any. But if your scan shows everything to be ok Im sure you are.

I can totally understand the fear but dont over due because you will stress your self out and thats never good.
