she went and have moe babies on us and she does what she wants to do and doesnt listen she think she is grown but she has the mindset of a 5 yr old...she doesnt remember half of the crap we enlighten her but anything else she remember...what can we doa bout her n her shenanigans
Answers:    I'm curious how someone with the mindset of a 5 year old was allowed the freedom to walk make babies. You let her do it, now you hold to take care of the mess.
If the mother is totally incapable then the children should be in motion live with a family member.

I'm not buying the unharmed 5YO mindset thing, if thats the case she should have a carer, which palpably she doesnt as she still has children in her care
