How do you start standing up for what you believe when you enjoy other worried in the region of what family imagine? i am?

now a parent and have to do this and not waver in recent times because other people think differently but i always attain adrenaline running through me and it is hard to explain but you know how some people just read out things and it's like water off a ducks final even if they have offended someone they don't seem to interest? How do you become like that?
You just make the choice not to support about what others think. I did. Do I get rough unnecessary criticism at times? Sure. But at least my voice is heard.

People will always want to hear what make them happy and feel good. Sometimes the truth doesn't other provide that feeling so they retaliate and get offended. But as long as you know you are standing for what you believe is right, consequently you don't have any reason to hide your morale.

I know what you mean though about the adrenaline running. It's scary to in actual fact speak your mind sometimes, but once you do it enough it gets easier. The key is to remember to feel of the other person's feelings and still use respect for them.

If your standing up for your rights as a parent, or for your child then i deduce the adrenaline would naturally take over, i know it does for me. Ive always be really shy and withdrawn but when i think something that affects my family or friends is wrong i cant sit back and not enunciate so.
Why would you want to purposely offend someone? Its not about offended culture, its about understanding different points of view and doing what you believe is right. At the finishing of the day any decisions you make will be yours to live beside, no one else's.
Answers:    You just have to get a conscious effort to not worry if they get sensitive. As long as you're presenting yourself in a respectful way and not trying to offend someone, most nation won't get offended (some will still be offended though).
Could be you have an anxiety disorder. Intense fright of others judging you? Actually it can be treated with medication if you see a doctor. Check with your PCP first. They may treat it, or convey you to see a psychiatrist.
Admittedly, this only came to me beside age.
Always a people-pleaser, would keep myself up nights worrying if I had annoyed others just in the course of living my life.
Probably the just bit of advice besides "wait, and it'll come" is to focus more on what you think of others, as dead set against worrying how they feel about you. Would you respect yourself if you made a decision that totally go against your gut feelings, just to please others, etc.

I feel the same way you do. I other want to be in good favor with people's opinion. I only have balls when it's someone resembling my sister or someone I know really, really well.
