Peanut butter, celery, raisins & pretzels. Slice open a celery stick vertically & you can cut it horizontally to make it smaller & put peanut butter in the middle & a few raisins down the center & consequently pretzels on the side to make it look like a butterfly. My kids also love peanut butter & banana sandwiches. Another one I close to to do for dinner is to take cauliflower & mash it up really well & put butter & saline on it & tell them it's mashed potatoes. Also, let them get through some of their veggies with ranch. You can try making things cooler by adding a bit of food coloring to it too. My daughter insufferable eggs, so I read her green eggs & ham by Dr. Suess & then made eggs with green food coloring. She ate every bit. Get your kids into healthier food now, so they develop healthy customs later in life.

Kids love peanut butter, try it on Celery, apples, or cut peanut butter and honey sandwich into cute shapes.

Also you can try pretzels, a small handful.
The fruit leather snacks are good, just avoid the ones with profusely of preservatives.
You can also get that new Yoplait whips and freeze them, it's similar to ( is) frozen yogurt in fruit flavors.
If you have to go next to sweets, try dried fruits- dried cherries are very good. Or opt for dark chocolate over milk chocolate, close to chocolate covered peanuts or cherries. dark chocolate has anti-oxidants in it.

Plain dry whole crumb cereals is another good snack.
Carrot sticks, celery sticks or any veggie with a fleshy free dressing.
Stay away from those 100 calorie pack scams! They are NOT healthy!
