It's called Autism, I own it myself and well how we respond to things does vary, you should find out what will work for him and try to be patient beside him as well, you need to find out why he is throwing things and help him realize he shouldn't do that.
WTH is authistic? Is he an author? Is he athletic? Perhaps he's an athletic author.
It's call AUTISTIC. He has autism. There is countless information on the internet about it; do a google search to revise a little about it. It's really not that difficult.
All I can suggest is quitting. You don't sound long-suffering enough to work with children, especially one with special wants. It's really not fair to the children to be left with someone who doesn't enjoy the patience to properly care for them.
Treat him resembling any other child.
Serious, I would curse em parents out and transmit them that they should stay home with the retard that they created by the mother smoking weed while she was pregs. Or jus sit him in front of the tv adjectives day and collect the dough.
Answers:    There are heaps different kinds of autism under the autism spectrum. You need to find out from the parents what his diagnosis is and what his regular routines are. Most autistic children thrive on routine and regularity. You can find out more on these sites:

it's called Autism, and you need to look it up and learn a touch bit about it. It can be very difficult to manage.
You me the child is autistic. Most autistic children do not listen to people they do not know. You should ask the parents what keeps him unruffled.
