Do you reflect on this agenda is too demanding on my kids?
Do you think that this schedule is too much for my kids to handle? It's simply a summer schedule obviously when school starts some things receive dropped.

At first glance it looks like a lot but respectively activity/sport/lesson is on average about only an hour a day (so they spend just about two hours on average doing these things, and they are spaced out throughout the day) and they really love it because all their friends and cousins are do the things with them. By the way this is also give or take a few 2.5 to 3 weeks out of the month because the other time we are vacationing. I just feel that it's good to supply your child the chane to experience different things and keep them occupied over the summer. What do you think? What do you own your kids do over the summer?
not at all. it seems like they're getting plenty of excersise and getting distracted within a healthy way. INSTEAD of watching tv all daylight. i would recommend to make all your kids read. it's what every teacher wishes their students to do during the summer. good luck!
It looks like the 9 year old has A LOT of stuff. I couldn't picture being a part of 3 sports and taking lessons for 2 more. But I estimate it's great that your kids are not stuck inside in front of the tv and computer all day long. It really help with combating childhood obesity too, which is ridiculously at an all time elevated.
Bottom line is, are your kids happy? If they're not happy, cut something stern.
I do think it's a bit much for their young ages. But at least possible they won't ever be bored!
it will definitely hold them occupied, but don't be surprised if one of them dislikes an activity and asks you to drop it, or really likes an distraction and wants to up the ante and take it more seriously.
i'm sure they'll be fine, they're still young. you're helping to broaden their sense of endeavours to do.
i think its good that you want that but kids should be haing fn during the summer mabye one sport activity and a 30 minute tutor, and later mabye you could spend time with them do arts and crafts with them or make cookies, or view a movie, or go to a childrens museum, or something like that school time is for adjectives those things not summer.
but i do like ur take on it your children will be very very well rounded, i hope that helped good luck dear.
That sure looks approaching a lot. If it's not a strain on you to get your kids everywhere on time, and they love it after there's probably nothing wrong. However, if you start seeing burn out where they get moody for no apology, they start protesting going somewhere, etc, drop one activity...or two.
I don't expect so. It's better than doing nothing all day long and getting hold of wait! o.o
i think that you should have them try it first...
and have them choose which one they similar to the best...
but i guess swimming lessons is a must...
but they have to pick one of them...
so that they will stay healthy and settled...
not just staring at the T.V. or computer all day..
hope this help...
It seems like a lot. I regard that when a child is overwhelmed by these activities at such a younger age as they get older they start to loathe having to do it, and they get burned out on it. I would ask them what activities they resembling the most and only do those things. Don't "lead" them in making the choice of what they like best.
That is a lot especially for their ages. They seem for a time young to be involved in so many different accomplishments. If they like it however then they should be fine with it.
Answers: Hey, whatever works for your family. As long as your kids aren't too stressed out and have plenty of rest time and down time a moment ago to play and be kids, then your schedule looks fine. My question is, how do you switch all that running around??! Are you a stay at home mom? I work full time, so I could never do this with my kids. My older son 13 go to several week-long camps over the summer and spends time at his grandparents houses (my in-laws are farmers) and he begs to go in attendance all the time. In between that, he spends time at friends houses, and just spends time at home, reading, relaxing, playing basketball, etc. He's pretty busy during the school year, so we use the summer to basically chill. But, hey, every family is different and what works for one, may not work for another. As long as your kids are ENJOYING it, and you can keep up, then I'd say aloud keep at it. But, if you find the kids don't like it or are getting to stressed, I'd drop a couple things and just permit the kids be kids.
yes heck yes
not as long as ur kid soak up it.
If all are of you are happy what could be wrong with it?
No, I think it is fine.
My 6 year old does bop and swimming and horsebacking during the summer
My son plays baseball summer, hockey winter. I think you're doing the right thing and your kids must be having profoundly of fun!!
Tennis is a great sport to teach your kids. My daughter loves it my son has no patience to swot up. Source(s): lesbian mom of 2
Well im 16, I kinda know what kids want even though I'm older than your kids. I think instead of drawing up this masive timetable and then clich¨¦ they have to do it, ask them what they want to do. My mom said that we had to do atleast two sporting activitys a week and me and my brothers were cool next to that because we felt mom was treating us like adults. Ovibousley if your kids want a tutour get one, but it's not necisary if they are getting good grades. So maybe you should try the timetable out and lat them alter it how they want to, ovibousley inside reason!!
P.S I think its realy cool that your girls are going to gym and dance class because adjectives my friend's parents never put them through extra gym class and now they are all busting their butts to get on the cheer squad, lol :)
