How can i avoid child support?
ok me and my gf have been leaving together for times past 3 years...we fall in love with respectively other and everything was fine till she got pregnant...i notice the amendment in her personality right away! as soon as she gave birth to my beaitiful daughter SHE COMPLETLY CHANGED TOWARDS ME! and i it hurts me because i never did anything wrong! i never cheated on her or anything resembling that! AND SHE BROKED UP WITH ME AND LEFT WITH THE KID! now she wants to file child support and i dont bring it...i love them both to death! i dont understand why would she get herself pregnant by me later break up with me...it hurts :'( now idk if she only did it for the money..
I'm getting the feeling we are not audible range the whole story here. I mean I just don't find why a new mother, with a "good man" would of late "change" then up and leave. It really doesn't make sense..There must hold been some issues there you are not disclosing. But to answer your question, of late like the other posters are saying...there is no means of access out of it, unless you were able to somehow get full or partial custody, but I'm not too sure even partial custody take you out of child support...might just lower the monthly payments.
Please do the right entity and pay for your child. Who cares how she's acting now... it's your daughter that you requirement to worry about. It's tough for single parents to make it out here, and you really don't want your daughter to have to do without the things she needs, right? That would be totally cold.
If you truly cannot afford to pay for your child, then you might can go to court and ask for them to lower your child support. But you really entail to do the right thing for everyone involved. If you didn't want to pay for your daughter, then you should hold done the responsible thing and made sure you didn't get your girlfriend pregnant.
You get her pregnant so you have to pay for your own child. Don't neglect responsibility. If her identity changed, then maybe you have adopt that. People change all the time. Try to understand why she's upset near you.
You shacked up and now are paying the price.

Sometimes it's not at the best time
I am sorry she broke your heart
Your daughter have nothing to do with this
You need to be a man and be a obedient dad
Please pay the child support that you are required to pay, if for no other reason than for the welfare of your "pretty daughter".
Answers: Get 50/50 common physical and legal custody or full custody is the only way i'm sorry. Other than that you would hold to sign your parental rights away and I don't think any amount of money is worth that. Have you tried talking to her? Suggest going to couples counseling with her. Tell her it's best for her daughter.
You're not getting out of child support, so you can get rid of that idea.
and she didn't return with herself pregnant, you were there and a participant in the making of that babe-in-arms. You were together 3 years, so it wasn't her intent to have a baby and run. Women alter when we have kids, who we were before isn't other the same as who we are after.
You didn't say how old the kid is, it could still be hormones that are attacking you.
She didn't do it for the money. If that is all she was after from the germ, she wouldn't have put 3 years into it. If all a woman wants is a babe-in-arms to get money from someone, they do something like say they're on birth control and detail you that you don't have to wear a condom, and they do it WELL before 3 years of relationship.
man up and pay for your kid moron.
You can't. It sucks what she did, but you can't avoid it. Man up & pay up. If you believe you're a better parent than she is, fight for custody, then SHE will enjoy to pay child support. & if you're paying for child support, AT LEAST go to court for visitation rights. I think if you're paying, you should at lowest get to see your kid.
Look at it this way. This money is not FOR her. Whether she spends it on her or not, it's for your child. You are giving her money for your child, for the support of your child. She pays for EVERYTHING else. Child support is NOTHING compared to how much a single mother spends, even with child support coming within, trust me, I know. So you are getting off easy on how much a kid actually costs. If you love your daughter, you'll hold no problem forking the money over for her benefit. Source(s): Mom to one baby girl born 11/05/08.
