Is it really time to move out or am I overreacting?

Alright, I am 13 years old. I have known my father since I be five. My mom (I think she's crazy).

Let me give some backround information. When I was concrete little (like one or under) Mom locked me in the car while it was snowing near the window cracked while she went to work for several hours. I was found by the police and my Nana took custody of me for two years. When I be three, I spilt some milk on the floor. Mom told me to clean it up with a sponge and when I did it wrong she squeezed the milky sponge out on my head. Then, after I met my dad, I be wearing a dress he bought me and mom told me I was ugly. When I started cutting myself, she complained roughly speaking the cost of razors. She doesn't take me to the doctor when I am sick and makes comments in the order of my appearance. Should I move in with dad?
Have you talked to your dad more or less the possibility? Is he OK with it? Then I would back that move. I hope she doesn't fight it. Does she still stroke to oddly? She should get help.
YES.
ASAP.

and stop adjectives...don't hurt or punish yourself.

you are good enough ...you are worthy of being treated right
it is not your knock...perhaps your mother has a problem controlling herself but it is her problem..and not because of you
no sounds like your turning out to be a fine young at heart gentlemen right where you are. The only time moving out is warranted is when mom starts running around screaming more or less wire coat hangers.
Jesus, that's profusely to handle for being a 13 year old. Seriously that stuff isn't middle-of-the-road. Talk to a school counselor. It sounds like your mother is driving you crazy too.
Answers:    Whoah...You appear to be in a bit of a preserve...
Yes. Move in with your dad. Your mom seems to not really take to mean parenting. Seemingly a lack of emotional sensitivity. Dont know anything about dad but hopefully u wont enjoy to cut yourself to get his attention. Or go back to Nana?
Good luck and hopes for the best.
