Should mothers of immature men contained by Prison be blamed?

or
are some people truly evil ?
I question the raising and lessons of values of some of the people I see on "lock up"
truly sad.
But should the mothers or fathers of the criminals be blamed?
If the kid have been raised with consequences to his engagements, would he still be going to prison?
Or would it Not have mattered anyway ?
No but the fathers should! At least surrounded by my opinion. My brother is in prison for federal arson. He is either slightly evil, or extremely stupid. I haven't contracted yet. However, it is NOT my mom's fault. She's raised 5 kids who turned out fine. It be my brother's decision to rob and burn down houses, not my mom's. And I believe it has a lot to do near with the fact he was sexually abused by our father (my mom have no idea) until he was 6 years old! That's what screwed him up. So again. No. Not mom's fault.
What nearly the fathers?

Did you know that the rates of all races contained by prison are almost exactly the same when you account for absentee motherliness? Absentee fatherhood is correlated with (which means you can't convey whether it caused or was caused by the other things) low socioeconomic status, working mothers (who that`s why have less time for their kids) and many other risk factor for crime.

OK, so that's a huge can of worms that I'm going to leave at 'food for thought' status now, but that said I'll answer your original grill:
Almost every criminal knows there are consequences to his or her actions - that's why they try to avoid person caught, so they won't have to deal with those consequences.
Answers:    For some people it won't issue. My aunt and uncle are very strict and yet very loving near my cousin, but he was still being an idiot. They finally sent him to a lock down school. He is supposedly making change. He recently got to go home and will be attending a public university again. He's aloud to be at home, at school or out with my aunt and uncle. We'll see how it goes when they remove the "house arrest" bracelet.
Sometimes even the best parents have kids who just veto to follow the rules and take responsibility. You can only teach them so much... after a while it's their verdict if they utilize what they were taught. Some do, some don't. Look at kids who weren't raised right and but managed to become someone great despite their upbringing.
lead a horse to water ...
Someone who is hoary enough to be in prison, is old satisfactory to know the difference between right and wrong.

The parents can be blamed while the child does not know any better,

If criminalsTRULY understood the consequences Nobody would re-offend
The parents elevate there children the best they can, but in the end it is up to one personality the child involved. Once they become adults there actions point nothing to the parents. My Aunt and Uncle are Truly honourable Christian people, but yet there kids enjoy been in trouble many times beside the law. They were raised right, and given the tools and sense to make the right choices, but in the end it be there choice. Don't judge a parent because there child is the one that get in trouble. IT'S NOT THERE FAULT!!
Nature vs Nurture. The age old put somebody through the mill.

Not all criminals are a result of bad parenting, many be just born that way.
Depends on the childhood. Not all criminals had a rough childhood...some are newly pure idiots and took life for granted.

Parents can only *guide* their child to make right decision...its up to the child *to* make the right decision.
YES!

:-)
NO! We can not do it all!! And some children will do what they want no situation what the parent or parents dose.
