WHAT am I supposed to do within this situation?

my daughter is 12 yrs old & is lean w/ long legs & a very developed body. still, it is OBVIOUS that she is not over 14 or 15 yrs old. GROWN MEN constantly look at her, stare at her chest, one be checking her out in the grocery store yesterday when she simply leaned over to take something out of the cart-
It is NOT the way she behave or dresses- she can just be walking along like any other normal 12 yr old-
WHAT am I supposed to do when this happen!?
economically you shoud tell the men shes 12 years old and to back stale
It doesnt matter what she wear or what her age is. If she is attractive and developed as you said, then men will be men. You should know that its natural reactions. If you dont close to it, the only thing you can do is embarrass the men who stare at your daughter by saying stuff similar to, "She's only 12, what are you a child molester?" lol. something like that...hahahaha.
Other than that there's really nothing you can do...Or you can lock her up, put her contained by home school and not let her out until shes 18...J/K.
Answers:    you cant stop people looking at your daughter, I wish there be a way to prevent it but there isn't

when she is out and about suggest she wear cloths that cover her cleveage, (I know not fair having to tell your daughter how to dress, but it may deter some glances)

If you gain uncomfortable with people staring simply say "She's only 12, wtf is wrong with you?"

I dont feel i would be able to stop myself from commenting if a man done thios to any of my daughters.

Grown men wont see her face, they will just see her chest.

Sports bras are also a appropriate idea as they keep boobs from moving about - I wouldn't be short one now

I was a 30c at age 12 and had to put up beside the stares aswell, I got so sick of it I always wore baggy jumper. I have to admit, some of the looks I got be quite scary sometimes
If you're with her and you notice, shoot the guy a glower or two. That should get the message across that you're her mother and you don't appreciate what he's doing.

If she's noticed and says anything to you roughly speaking it, there really isn't much you can tell her except to advise her to humiliate them, and to TELL YOU immediately if anyone tries to do anything other than look.
It's really hard to recount the age of young females these days. I've unknowingly watched a feminine walking in front of me with what I've considered a nice body with a great butt. As she stopped and turned, I could see that she be quite "developed" too. Then she turned even more so that I could see her face. BANG! She couldn't have be a day over 14. That's when I stop looking and head the other way. We're not adjectives perverts. It's just that looks can be deceiving regardless of what she is wearing.
If she is ignore it, then so should you. If you have spoken to her about proper relationships, next believe that she will do the right thing if she is approached.
Chances are if you give them a fruitless look that will be sufficient to send the message. If verbal reproach is requisite, just say she's your 12 year old daughter and you would appreciate it if they stopped looking at her.
"Sir do you mind putting your tongue rear legs in your mouth...that's my 12 year old daughter you're ogling."

It might give the pig a rouse up call if he realizes he's fantasizing just about a child.
just because grown men are looking at her doesnt mean they want to own sex with her etc, ive looked at pretty young girls before an if they looked final just smiled.. theres nothing sexual or wrong about that..
say something 2 the men when they stare at her
...um, never let her leave the house again? I'm sorry,it's either that or file a restraining order for all men over the age of 13.
Tell them she is 12.
