Is this even-handed yes or no?

Is this fair yes or no? Japanese mother is wanted fugitive the USA for taking her US born daughter back to Japan within violation of a US custody order, which is a crime under US ruling. The same American father in jail in Japan, for violate Japanese law. This is because he tied to take the same child support to the USA which is a crime under Japanese law. He will spend a long time in a Japanese top-security prison for doing so. He was a very good father.
don't mess with our law! USA! USA! USA!
is it fair no is it life yes. they have a bad break up and neither want to loss thier child. i doubt the USA is going to get either women or daughter support though unless Japan hands them over. Alberta and BC dont see eye to eye on family law i doubt it will come about with two different countries.
probably be easier for the father to try to stay in Japan.
wow , you hold a ton of free time on your hands...too much I think.
here is a conflict between culture and law in this case. he be trying to help the US law, but was not within the US at the time, so it was most likely best to go by Japanese tenet at the time.
NO! That guy needs to get a attorney! Where did you hear about this, some news story or article?
I don't regard that is fair, I think a parent should be capable of take the child where ever he/she pleases.

The baby should've stayed within USA so the woman should be jailed, not the man. He should get a good lawyer and consequently be allowed to take his daughter back to USA and the wife should be jailed in USA.

Or, alternatively, they could both be in motion back to USA, with their daughter, and sort out their differences and both stay there.
BONSAAAIIII !!
there is no way that can happen, make conversation to a lawyer, talk to someone in the white house or something, if he is a us citizen they cant do that
Of course it's not fair, but who ever told you that life was party?
