How antediluvian would you want your child to be back watching bareness?
Not like a porn movie or anything, but like, the Watchmen for example, it has bareness in it. How old would want your child to be before he or she watches it?
my daughte will not be seeing any ping till she is 18 yr old.if i have anything to do w/ it ne ways as far as women...it newly depends on the rating of the movie
The first existing bit of nudity I saw in a movie I was 10. It be The Shining. I don't think I'm warped for it. Kids in academy were already talking about sex and what not so it wasn't a primary shock to me. I felt embarrassed watching the movie with my parents but I didn't have a feeling like I lost my childhood or anything.
But I have seen Watchmen and forget the bareness, the violence is what you should be worried about. It is insanely violent next to blood and someone's hand getting chopped off (yes, they show it). I wouldn't recommend it for someone under 15 or 16. And that's iffy.
if it's just state of undress no sex i leave it on, my kids are 9 & 6
When I am limp.
Realistically, I have never really worried about brief nudity considering most don't move about beneath the belt BUT I am more concerned w/sex scenes in movies. My kids lived on TLC, History Channel, Discovery Channel, and other learning channel that would teach about different tribes and cultures all over the world and own seen nudity as well as looking at National Geographic books w/topless tribes contained by them (these books are found in our schools as well as local libraries). When sexuality (not pornos, but the scene they have in R rated movies where on earth they are under the covers and stuff.geeze, I hope they wait until they are out of the house before looking at any of this) is involved, again, when I am unresponsive, realistically, I would strongly prefer after 16 and even more strongly prefer after 18.
I agree near the first answer-nudity isn't a big deal to me. Porn is a huge deal and I certainly wouldn't consent to my sons watch this. However, a boob or butt here and there isn't a big issue and the more issue I make of it, next the more my kids are just going to want to see it and hide it from me.
I'm much more careful of the ferocity they watch. I don't like them to see dead bodies surrounded by movies or anything like that. That's much worse than the naked human body, which they see daily next to their dad and brother.
My kids are 4 and 20 months and I don't really screen mild nuditiy in my shows, if there is any.
My theory is to protect their innocence for as long as you can...they will be exposed to it soon enough anyways.
Why would you want a child to see that to begin next to? Those ratings are there for a reason...
Answers: I don't deduce there is anything wrong with a younger child watching nudity... as long as it isn't porn. It's only just a naked body-- it's not like they don't see it anyway, right?
I would think 5+. Maybe younger; they won't remember it anyway. xD
0, bareness is natural.
I was looking at anatomy and physiology books when I was about 6 years ancient. I knew what the naked body was but I didn't twig it.
For movies, I would go by the ratings, if it says it's PG, it should be safe and the bareness not explicit enough- though I'd be cautious as PG-13 has become much too lenient today.
um it says on the move like rated R or G or PG you should shift by that.. i think you should stick with lion king for your children
With no sexuality, whatsoever? I would say around 8-10. And it depends on the movie/show.
