Any twins ever treated instrument different by parents?
me and my twin are treated super different. its sorta like jacob have i loved with more bombing. my sis is happy and care free and my parents adore her. my mom dotes on her and tells her adjectives the time how jesus blessed her for having her and all. my dad isnt quite so reverent next to her, but hes always good to her.
as for me, my mom tells me adjectives the time how worthless and unwanted i am, how jesus blessed her with my sis but i was a trial sent to her from him to test her principle and all, and im sent from the devil. as for my dad, hes really sympathetic and dotes on me and tells me how wonderful i am and not to listen to her.
im just wondering if its mundane.

Normal? No. But it is a fact that parents do it not only with twins but singles as in good health. I don't really understand why people do it but it happens. I'm glad your dad is on your side to cause you feel better. Your mom might be trying to experience her younger days through your sister and could possibly be jealous of you. You never really know but please don't take it to heart and tolerate it ruin you. I know it can hurt but you can get through. Just grow up move on and say f*** her. Sorry but sometimes you hold to let go.
Answers: No They treated us the same except for the fact that Little Miss Goody Two Shoes ( 6 minutes older) was never reprimanded or grounded. Moms should never make clear to their child that they are unwanted. That's wrong. I know I was a trial. Your Dad is right, don't listen to her. Maybe it's just her religious thing going on or she wan'ts to consistency like a martyr. Maybe your Dad can tell her how bad and hurtful it is and breed her stop. She probably really loves you anyway. Some people just say crazy things to try to label you behave, or justify their own unhappiness which has zilch to do with you. She needs parenting classes or counseling and if it really bugs you, go alone. Love, the Black Sheep. (But Black Sheeps own the prettiest wool!)
It's not normal for parents to play favorites. In fact, they shouldn't play favorites. Twins or not.
Your mom is verbally rude,and I hope you don't take her words to heart. She needs counseling and some kind of treatment,the fact she
would say things like that to her child shows there's a problem. It's
not conventional. It's a good thing you have your dad to stability things out.
That's not apposite, or very nice. It seems so hard to believe a mother could DO that to her OWN child (not that I don't believe you)
Parents should NOT pick favorites, as they should parent as one and treat respectively child equally.
Even if you did do something to make your mother distrust you, she should NEVER, EVER say that the devil brought you or anything like that.
This should bother you, and I'm sure it does! This could probably be considored speaking abuse.
Talk to a guidance counselor at school or another trusted adult around how to confront your parents or how to get help.
I truly hope that everything works out, remember, getting help isn't a impossible thing.
