Would a woman become a traditional surrogacy for a man, if she gets paid for it (lets say $10,000? This ability child is the biological child of the mother (mother’s own eggs). The mother would get visitation rights (every other weekend), but the child will live with her father, and the mother does not pay child support.
That would depend on the women and her circumstances probably. I'm sure that there are some women who would do this, while other women would never consider it.
If she's smart she'll ask for something within writing about the child support and about exactly what happens to the child if something happen to you. Sperm donors these days can be hit with child support suits if the mother's situation changes and I picture the same thing could happen to the mother contained by this sort of situation.
