My son have nightmares whenever he falls asleep. he have be strained and not himself. should i do something?

Well yeah dude. when i was little i had nightmares that i still remember. I'm afraid of hot glue gun ninjas and im fifteen. thats ** up. amnesty my french. but yeah. talk them out. maybe have him see a counselor. do something
Those aren't nightmares. I'm guessing his personality makes him more cautious immediately? First, talk to hom. Then, identify if there is something that could trigger the sudden personality chnge. How feeble is he? If he's older, like a teenager, it would be more complicated to discuss, he prbably would be closing off from you. Good luck1 You might want to get a therapist, don't get to conclusons, though.
Answers:    not nightmare
night terrors
they are different, nightmares are when a kid has a scarey dream wake up and can tell you what happend, where a night apprehension is a kid wakes up screaming and can't tell you wants happend, they are harder to restful down and b/c of it, there personality changes. pilfer your kid to a sleep theoropist and get them to get you some healthy and undamaging drugs for you kid.
Talk to him almost what happens in the nightmares, and see if there's anything going on around him that could be the cause of his nightmares.
Oh yeah, have he watched any scary movies?
