Moms beside at lowest 2 kids: How difficult be it have young-looking children?
Our first child is 17 months and is really a handful! She's very demanding and it's hard to find time for ourselves as she always requirements to be held or played with. We wanted to start trying for #2 but I guess we'll need to postpone that. How be it having 2 under 3 years old? Do you give attention to that your first was less demanding once there be another to play with, etc? Help us to decide, please. Thank you!!
The truest adage I ever heard concerning kids is this:
"One's a hobby, two is work"
and it is sooo true.
Yes, children need attention. A second child will call for it too.
I read once that the first baby throws you for a loop and the second throws you back to reality. I found that to be vastly true. For myself, my whole world revolved around my first baby. When the second came along, here was no way I could keep up that same smooth of attention for both of them. I realized that my baby is not the center of the universe and it's okay for my kids to learn to divert or comfort themselves for a few minutes while I take a shower or talk to my husband.
If you want time for yourselves, you have to hold to make it happen. If you can afford a babysitter, then form a regualr date night. Put the babies in a stroller and go for a amble together - the kids are usually entertained well enough by the ride and you acquire to talk to each other and be out of the house, go for a ride surrounded by the car, get a bedtime routine and plan a few minutes together after the kids are in bed... There are plenty of ways to stay connected as a couple if you are likely to put in the effort. Source(s): Mom of 5 kids close in age
Answers: I called my mom over here to answer this! I'm 15 presently.

I have 3 kids, all 4 years apart. Even though it seem like somewhat of a big age gap, it was a BIG handful. The oldest would other seem to be jealous of the new little one, and that would cause crying out for attention. Also, when one got sick, they ALL got sick. And near my husband always at work, I was basically living close to a single mom. It was a lot to deal beside, but as they got older it seemed to catch easier. I would wait it out a little bit. Source(s): My mom! (:
As a kid when i was younger my mom have to quit her job cuz i didnt let the maid feed me...I be so bony so my mom got strict and fed me and i straightened up
Well, everyone is different. What I might not consider is hard, you may. And vice versa.
My oldest 2 kids are only 14 months apart in age. When they be babies and toddlers it was sometimes hard to juggle both of them but it worked out great. They are now 9 and 10 and they are best buddies. Yeah, they struggle like most normal kids, but they love each other and they other have someone to talk to and play with.
I wouldn't say aloud my oldest was anymore demanding when my 2nd arrived. If anything it made him a little more independent. He had to swot to wait for me to do somethings for him because I had the baby to tend to also.
People hold kids close in age all the time. If they can do it, so can you. :)
