What are some things for a 13 year behind the times to do on a showery afternoon?

im like really bored and the weather is unpredictable in wisconsin... can you guys give me some thinking on what to do please.
i tried this recipe and it truly was very good. cranberry oat cookies.
I tend to do one of two things:
1) Pamper my little sister (do her nails, hang beside her), cudle up to my mommy, help her out.
2) Annoy the fuckin.g s.hit out of my little sister.

I moreso go for the latter option.
