Getting equipped for fund to university?
Im a mother to 2 Daughters, one is going to first grade. and I have a 3 year old, they might be going to a 3k program, for one and only 4 hours a day. Both of them are so excitied. Im tired already! and its not started. How do I Keep all there piece togther. And school clothes from reg. (can get stained) clothes? What do moms out there do to hang on to things organized.. I need help!
Answers: School clothes are going to get stained beside paint and juice and stuff. It didn't take me too long to stop worrying about keeping everything so separated. But I did roughly separate them approaching this:
I put most of my daughter's clothes in specific dresser drawers. I put the very worn out ones that I don't want her wearing to school surrounded by a drawer she rarely opens. And I put her nicest stuff in my closet.
I decision I had set up a box to put treasured school work in from the start. I plan on attempting to hold that this year. (my daughter is going to 2nd grade)
I found a desk on clearance at walmart last year. It was a small computer desk with one small drawer simply right for holding a few pencils, map colors, crayons, markers, glue, scissors, ruler, change (pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters), and sliver paper. It was a hard craving to start. But she's pretty good about keeping those items where they belong very soon. ... Before I had that desk, we just stuck a few school supplies contained by a plastic stacking bin, over the board games.
Another thing I plan on doing this year since my daughter is so fond of taking her lunch to school is designate an area within the pantry and a part of the fridge for things she is allowed to put in her lunch. That should cut back on some of the problems we have last year with her asking for things I didn't want to send for her.
And backpack need an official, easy to take to place. Our official place ended up being propped against her desk since that be where she would unload her stuff.
One of my time savers: I know lots of parents pick out clothes the day formerly. I do it too sometimes. But I often have my daughter take her tub at night and get at least to a certain extent dressed before bed. (like put on the t-shirt she will be wearing to school the next day) I did it when she be in pre-k too, but I had to let her wear one of my ripened shirts over her clothes for breakfast.
Well i'm not a mum, but I do go to school.
I will suggest a seperate drawer for school clothes.
In this drawer put a seperate set of clothes especially to be worn at academy. Make them recognizable e.g. not like other tops or trousers they have etc. so your children don't receive them mixed up if they get put them in the wrong drawer. If there are p.e kit or other schoolwear that needs to be stored put that in the same drawer.
Label EVERYTHING. You can go and get iron on labels, sewing labels etc. from the internet. They're really useful. Also, sign shoes as I have heard of kids switching shoes by accident as they own the same pair. Also, label the clothes your children will wear to arts school. This will help to recognize them.
Don't fret. It will be fine, once you get into the swing of it. Just brand sure everything is labeled and there is a place for everything.
I hope this helps.
