Is their a track you can detail if you are going to hold a boy or girl?

I'm pregnant again I had my physical with and my doctor and she told me I WAS PREGNANT I'm so happy! My boy friend is super excited too he even asked me to marry him we're immediately happily engaged but we can't get married for a while but at lowest we'll be together forever!! It's definatly to early to tell what the sex is but later on is their a means of access you can tell without an ultrasound and how soon can you tell?

They sell kit that can tell you what sex the baby is- they're like pregnancy test, so you pee on a stick and it changes color.
