Would you lug your child to the doctor if you found a suitable sized lump on their d¨Ścolletage?
I noticed yesterday on my 13 month old daughter's neck a lump something like 1/2 inch in diameter. It's towards the back of her neck and it can be moved by touching it, but it generalize in that one area of her neck.
I'll be honest when I say aloud I'm a bit terrified at the possibilities that are flashing through my head. But I am trying to give that to God and not verbs until I know if it's something to worry about.
Either way, should I run her in tomorrow or call the doctor tonight? Am I overreacting to this? Will you offer me some words of peace and pray for my daughter?

Swollen lymph nodes are terribly common in children. They come into contact with adjectives kind of new germs. Movable and tender is good contained by a node. It means it is doing its job. It is trying to fight stale either an infection, virus, or something foreign in that area of the body.
This isn't an emergency. It can lurk till you call the doctor tomorrow.
it may be a sist or a hernia..those are pretty safe..i guess depending on where possibly...
call the doctor in the morning engender sure they see you that day!!
not much could do over the phone i dont think inless they tell you to put a warmish hotish compress on it ?!

If she isn't running fever and isn't acting differently, wait until tomorrow and get her contained by. I will for sure pray for your daughter, that's really scary. Hopefully it's just a swollen gland, which can be taken care of glibly. Your family is in my prayers!!
Does it hurt her?

If it's painful to her it's probably a swollen lymph node. Don't let that frenzy you. A lot of women think "Cancer!" but it can actually be caused by a simple mild infection. She should be fine if you rob her in tomorrow. Just watch for a fever.
I'm guessing that it is a swollen gland in the back of her neck, i myself enjoy one that became swollen when i was little and never went down adjectives the way. Her being uncomfortable when you touch the lump could newly be because that is a sensitive part of the body.. you say she have no history of infections or illnesses...but i'm sure she's caught the common cold more than a few times by now.
I'd call the doctor and enjoy them schedule an apointment for her to be seen tomorrow. Unless for some reason it get bigger or makes her feel uncomfortable when you are not touching it...another entry it could be is a bite from an insect of some kind.

Sounds like a swollen lypmh node which could be a sign of infection, take her to urgent care if she have a high fever. If not make an appointment for as soon as possible.
Answers: Yes, transport her. An Er visit is not required, but bring her to your Pediatrician. It may be an enlarged Lymph Node which would be nothing. They just come to blows off infections. My oldest has a few that have never go back down.
But, you say it moves, so I would get it checked out.
checking it out didn't hurt nobody,go, check it out it will make you grain better and if it is something GOD FORBID you will feel even better about saving your child's enthusiasm
Unless she's running a frenzy or shows other signs of illness I'd wait for the morning and be on the phone first thing to capture her seen.

You can always call a doctor to see if he think the child should be seen. I always get lumps within the back of my neck and always own, its an enlarged lymph node generally that gets bigger in allergy season. But if you're really worried you should phone someone.

When my son was 6 months outdated I found a lump on his throat, took him in. This lumps was biopsied and it was found he have a rare disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis which can be treated.
Lumps are never anything to ignore. Please embezzle her to the ER and have her seen immediately. It could be tons things, but its better to be safe and find out.
