Any parents hold counsel or experience near my issue?
I would use it,
although we have changed our pipes in our house to copper, in attendance are still lead water mains contained by the streets, so a hose should be OK.
We other fill their pool by garden hose. I've never seen a warning almost lead, but I've also never looked for it. I don't see any ill effects in my children and every time they've ever have their lead checked, it's been within continuum.
Hope that helps.
Im 2 busy 2 play father
They do have hoses out there that are marked "undisruptive for drinking" and while I've always laughed at that, I would think that one of those would be front free.
I use the hose all the time for my kids paddling pool and its never done them any harm, To be honest Ive not seen a preventive on the hose about the lead.
Just be sure to put the hose away after, the cord of it is probably more of a danger for them tripping
