Is it OK for a 20 year ancient to enjoy sex beside a 15 year elderly?
My daughter is 15 years old and i have just bookish that she has been having sex near a 20 year old man. And now she happens to be pregnant, i am super pissed stale with this because he got her pregnant. I reported him to the police and they pressed charges on him for statutory rape, and my daughter is refusing to cooperate. She say she love's him and that she can't send him to jail because they are having a kid together. I want him to jump and get what he deserves but without my daughter the state has told me they really do not hold a case. How do i get my daughter to cooperate and do what is right?

a person doesn't just evolve to get pregnant. it is rape as defined by the law, but it sounds like she be asking for it. to solve this problem, you should have raised her better. as i said, people don't "simply happen to get pregnant". you should ask yourself how you let her grow up to be resembling this. That being said, society's laws are what they are and we enjoy to deal with them, but I still don't agree with them regardless of whether the sexual characteristics roles are reversed. If this were true I'd say the same item. If she loves him and doesn't want to testify she shouldn't. She'll have the baby, become a mother, and hopefully the man would become a good and responsible father. If not, the daughter will enjoy learned a very valuable albeit sore lesson, but I don't think it's one people need to dance to prison over.
Teenagers have sex. That's just the way it is. You can criminalize it adjectives you want but it's always going to happen because they're biologically wired to want to do so. Some wait, some don't. My first gf have sex when she was 14 (Not with me. She was 16 for that). No one requests to go to prison over this though. All it does is deprive a child of a possibly good parent and destroy a relationship that may enjoy thrived if not for the law.
And yes, I'll put my money where my mouth is. I'll try to school my children, sons or daughters about the dangers of sex and how to practice it safely if they must, but if one of them ends up pregnant or get a girl pregnant, I will impress upon them the need for taking responsibility for their actions, and offer doesn`t matter what help I can to prepare them for the challenges they will face and try to also abet them salvage their lives.

It sometimes seems to me that parents don't guardianship what their children are doing until they come home pregnant, then if they find out who they are pregnant to is an older guy...they want to press charges.
Now, i don't agree that your daughter should be sleeping with a guy this age, nor should the guy hold been sleeping with her, but now they are going to own a child together...what if he does want to step up to the plate and be a dad, what if he is a damn good one?
He will have sex offender written on his transcription and that may prevent him from getting any good job, needed to support himself, his child and maybe even your daughter once she turns 18.
I penny-pinching think about it, what will you feel if they turn out to be within love truely and they get married, move in together and are a family.if you own labeled him as a sex offender?
