A grill for other moms; what do you come up with of this?
The set up:
My 3 year old was really constipated. Under the guidance of her doctor, I gave her some laxative to "verbs her out."
After I went to bed last night, my husband go out to his Mom's house which is in a town about 40 minutes from home. When I spoke to him this morning, he said he didn't want to wake me up, which is why he didn't transmit me he was going.
Later this afternoon, I called him to ask him to bring home some pull-ups because the child's "cleaning out" process was have some explosive results. I cleaned up some amazingly nasty messes in some surprising locations throughout the house. I cleaned carpets and walls. I did laundry for literally adjectives day long. And I had to give the child in the order of 8 baths.
Now when I spoke to the man this afternoon, I explained exactly what was going on over here. He said he was helping his step-father with a project and would be home surrounded by a few hours. It's now after midnight and I haven't seen or heard from him.
While I don't discern he has to hang around here all sunshine and hold my hand, I do kind of feel that he not here me to deal with a bunch of crap (literally), without have the courtesy to tell me he was going to his mom's for an extended period of time. One might meditate there is a good reason for him to be detained; I strongly suspect he's newly sitting around with some family members, smoking and discussion.
Question:
Am I being a baby? Or am I justified surrounded by being irritated?
Thanks.
whats the big traffic, he got the pull ups delivered to you. Having a sick child is thorny work i know , just do the hard yards as everyone does and dont blame your husband bring its not his fault the baby is constipated.
you asked for something , he delivered it to you. If you asked him to come home he may enjoy done that too. But in everything u just said u never once said that u asked him to come home.
Totally understandable. Call him up and tell him you expect some pull-ups in an hour or he can just extend his step-father's project into building a room for him to live contained by. How can you go to a store with a child who is ****ing all over the place. Hello! I believe he have a part in making the child as well.
Answers: You are completely justified in individual mad, he does get 1 singe point for making sure someone got you some pullups, but he should own been there for you and her. Kick him when he gets home!
i think anytime a woman is irritated its definately sound, especially when a man is involved, whoop his A$$! lol there is no reason u should have to be going thru that adjectives by your self while u r cleaning those messes who is watching to make sure your little one isnt creating yet another?
its not fair, im going thru duplicate thing,... less crap, but same basic casualness. maybe we both just need to put our big girl panties on and find a man who is of a mind to help out and play daddy instead of "part time father"
