About time the UK system is going to start charging parents for unruly kids?
Its get nothing to do with time, its just because they inevitability the money.
The people with unruly kids tend to be on benefits anyway - so its not as if the government will in reality be gaining anything back.
I don't know how you would police it and what 1 person would call unruly another would give the name high spirits. I think there should be a countrywide curfew for unsupervised below 16 yr olds and parents should get fined if they break it. I supposed it depends on what you personally see as unruly and here I stand tall and proud next to Miss Booger Monster as people would call my son unruly and do so often, expressly the older generation who think a accurate smack would sort him out. It's not always as simple as it seems.

No, I truly don't have an unruly child. But I do have a very intelligent child who happen to have ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and day by day I find myself contained by a situation where so called "ADULTS" call my child defiant because they don't understand he has a disability!

I'm sorry but this has annoyed me.
The UK administration do hold a certain amount of resposibilty to the way children are brought up in the UK.
They've given children rights and told them "if your parents spanks you, thats assault"
I be told in an assembly at school 10 years ago that if our parents hit us, we have every right to report that to the police, and folder charges against our parents for getting smacked.
Now they are saying, that because parents have been too worried to punish their children physically, its our fault they are out of control?
The UK has the 9th greatest crime rate in the world right now (if am not mistaken) and the reason for explicitly the government.

I honeslty HATE the UK government, we're within a recession and they borrow money from the US and they're buying themselves flat screen HD TVs with tax payers money?
The political affairs do not fund much for kids, theres a drastic shortage of community centres, theres NOTHING for kids to do any more, so what do they do? They get someone to buy them booze and sit in parks getting drunk, getting into fight, carrying knives.
Things weren't like this 30 years ago when the Government had some morals and values. Now it's adjectives about hitting Targets and making money.
