Children Safety: I couldn't believe this!?
My boyfriend and I were in a drive thru, and I noticed how two kids around 4 be climbing all over the car, they were climbing on the rear, and the mother would drive a bit, and brake to get them to fall down. I was disgusted and horrified. How could a parent do that! It is so harmful!
If a police officer was there, could they have done anything?
Should I hold called someone?
We live in a very busy nouns, where they is a lot of accidents, it is newly so unsafe!
Yes. I believe canada and the U.S. have laws pertaining to Children must be in Child restraining seats. She could own gotten a ticket and even at some point may of had the children taken into child safety custody.
If a police officer had been around they probably would have be pulled over and ticketed for having minors not in seat belts, child endangerment and thoughtless driving. The best thing you can do is follow the vehicle and make a phone call to the police- distribute them the license plate and street the car is driving on.
Answers: Honestly, there really are no limits to the ridiculous things certain parents out nearby do. It's got to the point where I've stopped being surprised when I hear stuff close to this!
If I were in your shoes, assuming there wasn't a police motor in the vicinity, I'd have taken a facts of the licence plate and rang up and reported the mother. Don't worry if you didn't though, hopefully it will have be a one off, and if she is a regularly reckless parent then fingers crossed someone else will spot her practice soon and report her.

The speed at a drive-thru is very slow, so she thought she could give the kids some fun, and menace just adds to the fun.
However, I hope she doesn't find out the hard track that tiny spills can yield huge consequences. My daughter fell off the seat of a sofa and broke her arm. She probably fell 5 inches, but that be enough.
