What do you feel is "thong age"?
Hahaha i recently found out that abercrombie got into some trouble a while back for selling thongs surrounded by pre-teen sizes. WEIRD!
What do you think is an age appropriate for a girl to start wearing thong underwear?
What age do you think a woman should stop wearing thongs?

i think 11 is a fair age as long as it stays in there pants and they dont touch the need toshow it off to the world.
I guess high academy. I wouldn't want my daughter in middle school or elementary school wearing thongs. Thongs are style of like lingerie, they are sexually suggestive. You always see girls wearing thongs and there pant move and they bend over and you see their thongs. Someone is going to see them wearing the thong unless they are really good about making sure their pants or skirts don't move and show their thong. Why would a girl entail to where a thong when she is younger than high school. You wear a thong because you presume others think its sexy or so your panty lines don't show when your wearing a tight skirt or dress. I don't care if its fashionable, I'm not letting my youthful daughter wear them before high school.
Thongs are in fact not very hygienic, they trap bacteria down there and its unsavoury.
I personally don't like thongs, I rarely wear them surrounded by public, I don't find them comfortable at all. I have a big butt, I'm not sure if that has anything to do beside it.
Based on my recent survey, exactly 37.7% of the girls at our local high school wear them.
I have presently given them up because speedos feel better.
(There seem to be tartists in here.)
I have 4 kids - 3 of which are girls. Personally I can't stand thongs as they are uncomfortable and unless you are a size 0 - 6 you aren't little enough to wear them contained by my opinion - but I think ANY GIRL at ANY AGE who can stomach wearing them should be able to wear them! Come on - they are a form of underwear and I'm adjectives for teaching, leading, guiding my children in ALL THINGS but what underwear they choose to buy or wear? come on... that's a bit OVER KILL if you ask me! And yes I hold been known to buy them for the 2 of my 3 daughters who like them.
I don't cogitate there's a right or wrong age, I think it depends on the maturity of the girl and how the parents feel.

Answers: I'm 16 and I don't think there is a right or wrong age for them, I started wearing them at 13. I didn't ask my mother because I didn't expect it was necessary. If I go to the store and want a candy inn I'm not going to call my mom and ask if I can buy it if I'm using my money. It's just underwear, I don't understand why folks use it as such a sex symbol, yes thongs can be sexy but so can whipped cream, but we still eat it on our dessert! I think when a girl can meander into a store and get them without being confused then they can get one. And yes I would buy them for my daughter if I felt she be going to be mature and not flash them to people.
I had little Francis within a girls thong as soon as he was potty trained, I could not have the other kids thinking that he was a boy.
I don't like the idea of them at adjectives. But that's only my problem so far as not wearing them myself.
My daughter's underwear would be no business of mine. So long as she's the only one getting into them.

And my underwear...thong or not are absolutely tiny. They cover whats nescessary and no more.
My ex sister in law got her daughter a thong at something like 14. ... It was one of many mistakes that she made in my eyes. The girl other wore them with low pants and short shirts so that you could see the waist band and inform what kind of underwear it was.
If someone actually finds a thong to be COMFORTABLE, I don't really see why / where on earth there would be a right or wrong age as long as they aren't showing it off. I don't want to see evidence of what type of underwear a girl wears at any age. If I do - I hope it is any briefs or 'hipsters'. ... I think it would bother me most if the girl was under 17 or ripened enough that she was wrinkled or out of shape.
Personally, I will not buy my daughter anything approaching that - ever. And if I find it in her dresser before she is 17, it will go surrounded by the trash.
When she is old plenty to buy them for herself.
None of my friends surrounded by high school wore thongs, I think I started contained by college. My sister started when she was 16, though. I don't see a big deal with elevated school girls wearing thongs, but definitely not younger than that.
Women should stop wearing thongs when the strings cut into their fat, fleshy hips. I speak from experience. After the birth of my 2 kids, I swore rotten thongs for quite awhile. I'm still not back in them. lol.
I don't consider the thongs are the issue, I think it's the fact that girls think because they're wearing a thong everyone should know how to see it.
My daughter is only 3 and I haven't thought about things like that but, but she would have to be pretty close to 18 and moving out and I better NOT see it hanging out of her pants ever.
As for how antediluvian is too old? Honestly, once again as long as it's not hanging out why does it matter? If you're 16, 26, or 56 it shouldn't be noticeable.
