You legally can't do anything at adjectives. If the daughter doesn't go to the police if you go to the police you will be arrested for wasting their time and disturbing the peace. She has to directory a report and if you try to do anything I hope you rot in prison you over protective scum.

that depends on a lot of things. if she knows that you, how often is he doing it, are you sure, are u the mother or the father, is your daughter fit of beating the **** out of this creep.you know, things like that. but one thing you can do (legally) is buy some of those small, confidently hideable video cameras and set them up in discrete locations around the house, so that the camera can see the entire room but isnt obvious. in rooms that it is more promising to happen in. then, once you receive the asshole on tape, then you can tell the police and own evidence to support your case. BUT, before you do any of this, you have to verbalize to your daughter about the situation. warn her that if he does it again, your gonna take achievement. dont tell her specifically what.and regardless of her response, do not change your mind.
