Do you love your biological chilldren more than your nonbiological children?

A friend of mine couldn't get pregnant, so she adopted a boy. Then, with the power of fertility specialists, have a girl. Then God surprised her with another girl. Her boy was a meth baby, and still 5 years after that is dealing with the mental and behavioral problems stemming from that. He drives his poor mother (and teachers, and babysitters, and bus driver, and church leader) nuts. Her first daughter tends to copy his behavior, but their mom is more lienient near her than she is with her son. She says she loves her son dearly, but the love and the connection she have with him doesn't compare to the love she has for her daughters.

Has anyone else noticed this within their families? Do you have an easier time loving your biological children than your adopted/foster/step children despite any problems they may have? If so, do you find yourself defeat yourself up about it the way my friend does?
No not at all!! Everyone knows shes Daddys little girl. Its quite blatant.
I think what it really comes down to is that you tend to love the child who gives you little problems more.
Answers:    Well, yes I defiantly take in. My boyfriend has a 3 year old son, who also is a meth baby. The kid need's psychiatric relieve. Any ways, I plan to someday have children with my boyfriend. I know the connection will be much different than that next to his boy. I don't want to sound mean, it's just different. He's not my child, and he have a lot of mental problems that I don't feel responsible for. So I know I will love my future biological children more because I simply can't connect with his boy
No I enjoy never felt this way about my Son. As far as I am concerned, and my Husband is concerned he come from my womb.
All my children are biological. No robot children for me, no sir!
