What do you discern is a well brought-up Full time Nanny Salary?
10+ yrs working with Children, 1.5yr Nannying experience.
My usual pay per hour for one child is $15/hr.
What would you say a very well off family should pay me to view 2 of their children while i work for them full time?
How can someone pay you $15 if they don't even make that ??
It's so sad, I'm in retail and engender almost $25.00 and hour. People who take care of children should make at smallest $20.00 an hour.

I was once offered $16.00 per hour to fastidiousness for 3 children and both parents were doctors but i did not take it because the schedule be crazy and I didn't feel comfortable around the parents. I can usually tell at the first interview if I will fit in next to a family or not and that is important to me because when I embezzle a job as a nanny I get attached to the children and become almost like slice of the family.
If I were you I would see what they are planning to offer first, that track you don't end up throwing out an amount that is too high for them and might startle them off or so low that you end up with smaller number than they would offer.
If you made $15.00 at the last job later when the topic of pay comes up I would just say "economically at my last position I made $15. per hour" and see what they say.
When I applied for my current job I did that, I said "I made $13. at my later job" and they said thatwould be hard for them to match that. I already knew surrounded by my mind I wouldn't take less than $10. per hour which is a steal for me with adjectives my experience and education etc...so we ended up settling on $11.00 which works out good for adjectives of us. i saw lots of people in my town adertising for just about 700 a week for a nanny
I think you should shoot more for a remuneration instead of hourly. People might see the hourly fee and flip.
