Did you find your second babe easier or harder to look after than your first?

I have two girls. The first one has been rock-hard because of the birth defect (nothing that can't be fixed). The second one was much easier because I was also more experienced contained by child rearing. It has been a live and learn experience next to both at times. They are 19 months apart and are now 18 and 20.
Second was much HARDER! There is 22 months between my two. I have a girl first, then a boy. Second was harder because not only did I own a newborn, but a toddler to look after as well. Plus, we have had deeply of medical issues with our second and he cried ALL THE TIME! Our first was healthy and healthy.
It depends a lot on how much of an age gap there is and the temperment and robustness of the children as well=)
I had a girl first then another girl 3 years later

I found my second daughter much easier mostly because i wasn't stressed going on for her as much as the first one and also because she had to fit in with the oldest one going to nursery

I other seemed to be waking her up to feed her or running around next to her to get to the nursery on time to take/collect her sister
My first was a boy and he was reasonably colicky. He was the most difficult baby to care for, I spent HOURS walking him around the house singing because he wouldn't settle. My second be born a year later, a girl. She was a breeze to raise. My third is 3 months and he is pretty laid spinal column as well.
