How do you parents verbs your vertical blinds?

I would do it in the tub. I've heard that's the best approach.
If they're just the cheapy ones from Wal-Mart, I only toss them and buy new ones.
i put them in the wash tub (next to washer so not to dirty bathroom) with heat water with some oxi-clean and detergent.
