How can I catch my loved ones to pick up after themselves? HELP!?
I'm a stay at home mom of 11 yo girl and 7 yo boy. I am LOSING my mind! I have said a MILLION times over to clean up after this take toys put a bet on upstairs, and my husband is just as bad! I mean even little things close to taking a band-aid off and not throwing it into the garbage. They wonder why I get so upset, and my husband think I get moody, but they don't seem to undertand that I can't possibly be nice, when they don't do anything to take responsibility for themselves and their messes!
As far as dishes, dusting, dinner, laundry and vacuuming, I do adjectives of that as my job as a stay at home mom. But candy wrappers, toys strewn about all downstairs, and my husbands array of sh*t that he a short time ago leaves around (beard clippings, pieces of tape stuck to things) I'm ready to just sit and cry.
I'm unquestionably not a neat freak, we have 2 dogs, 3 cats, bearded dragon. And I don't mind the "lived in" look, but I discern like I'm just really being disrespected. I enjoy yelled, I have thrown sh*t out, and I just don't know what the trickery "trick" is.

Answers: Stop right were you are, don't pick up another thing. When things gain to building up and really trashed out they will notice. Then when there is something they really want to do., put your foot down and say not until this mess is cleaned up. Or if they want friends over, not until the mess is cleaned up. You own to play a mind game with them and let them know this compassionate of behavior will not be tolerated.

I 'm mortal taking some classes at my sons school called "Parents in Control" and the Psychiatric who's giving the class recommended book by Gregory Bodenhamer, ably he has 2 books, "Back in Control" and Parent in Control. They are suitable books that can help you get back the control of your house. Out front report to you is not going to be easy, probably you start using this suggestions can get worse than before but you involve to hang in there and you will see the difference. I can't relate you I have all the control in my house but it is much better than previously. Still we need to be very patient and know how to put a lot of our time in oder to get it to work. You can find accounts in you local library, I read the first book that I borrowed from the library. Also you can find them on Amazon.com. They are not Big Bulky books so you will be able to read them in a few days. Well biddable luck and start reading!!
