13 Year elderly going to an Asher Roth concert. What do you ruminate? Should he be allowed to run or not?

I'm 13 and I really want to see Asher Roth. He's coming to Summerfest (in Milwaukee) and I asked my mom if me and my friend could go. She was considering it until she found out it was at 10 PM. I can't think through her logic on why I can't go. I'm NOT trying to change her mind, I'm just trying to construe why she has made this decision. Thanks, -Jared

No. Summerfest is all drinking and drinking and by the night there is a lot of drunks out at hand. I let my daughter go to a concert there and it did not even start when it said and she said they ancestors were all rowdy and wild. She said it be scary and they were mean spilling beer and doing things a 13 your age should not be exposed to but. A parent should go with you for sure.
Answers:    Does she work? I'm guessing the objection is partially driven by her objection to have to drive to/from a concert that starts at ten. She won't be able to go to sleep until at least 2:30ish.

Asher Roth is really more of a college musician. I'd be amazed if you could even gain in the venue if you are under 18.
