Would abundant woman hold a second child, near near daughters daddy?

Would many woman have a second child, with in that daughters daddy? The father wants a second child, but the little girl lives with her father because that is what mother needed. The mother still spends a lot of time with her, but does not have to finically support her daughter and the father does not hold a problem with this.
