Anyone be surrounded by a similar situation?
I just need an advice on how to loose seriously of weight and be fit in the situation where I work full time, enjoy three kids, and study part time. I neglected my own health for the last 7-8 years and pounds kept piling up, my immune system is going downhill for a long time, I enjoy pain in my joints every morning, I own chronic fatigue, and I'm completely inactive. I can set out half an hour every day for the exercise, but gym or jog is out of question since I doubt that my joints will stand 260 lbs pounding on them all of a sudden. Maybe I should munch through less and start with walking? I'm afraid that if I start walking and eat smaller amount I will have even less energy and get the impression more fatigued than usual. Any advice out there? All idiotic answers will be delete and reported.

Answers: you will have more energy if you walk/exercise and won't want to eat as much. more noteworthy eat healthy foods. the so. beach diet book suggested low chubby mozerella sticks for snacks. it works for me. i don't crave sweets as much. now if ya eat sweets /junk foods you'll crave more. start figuring out what trickers u into intake unhealthy stuff. i completely realize affording evrything "healthy" is not always possible.
