Did you throw a b-day quantity for your first child who turned 1 yrs. elderly?

when i was one my parents did but it be only for family, cuz when you're one you don't acknowledge friends. so only invite own flesh and blood and close friends etc. one years old is a mile stone that needs to be celebrated. :]
we threw a huge one, about 50 people in my mom's backyard. It be fantastic..she had a ball...but that's how we do everything in our nearest and dearest. Every child's b-day part is huge like that..it's tradition :)
I threw a massive party.

We don't get to see everyone all together intensely often, so it was a nice excuse to get every one together.

Everyone have a really nice time.

His second birthday was just immediate house at home with his favorite dinner and a little personal cake for him to tear into...but the first one be big.
We did for the twins but it was a short time ago a small one with only family,
& my best friend.
