Answers: It depends on what you're trying to feed him. If it's cereal, make it a little thicker. If it's too runny it will all just come back out of his mouth. If it's little one food, add cereal to it if it's too watery. Also, don't put a lot on the spoon. Good luck! Source(s): Mom of 5 kids

Not sure what your problem is but just know more will lapse up on the kid/floor than in them and that will continue for at least the subsequent 2 years!
