SINGLE MOTHERS: How do you button the dating scene?
Okay I am a 20 year old newly single mother (birthday was 5 days ago!) to a sweet 7 month outmoded baby boy. I just wanted to know if you as single parents own your own rules and regulations when it comes to dating. eg. after so many dates they can meet your child.
do you permit them meet before hand.
Im not looking to date right away but I of late wanted to know how to go about it when I do.

Answers: Since your child is so young-looking, it won't matter if you meet a man at the park to "hang out" or walk out to lunch (on a lunch date or something)and bring your baby too.
I was a single mom with my first, and she be 5 months when I started opening up my mind for man. I just brought her with me everywhere. If someone couldn't love me and my tot, then we weren't supposed to be together. So, when I met my husband, he said to me "I fell in love twice. With you and your baby." I know he was the man for me!
If you are still single and he is older, then I'd dawdle to bring a guy around. It will confuse him, or may start to call him "daddy" thinking any male integer is a dad. After 10 dates, or you feel serious, let them collect. It's all about the connection beside the child. But, don't leave anyone alone with your child ever (until you REALLY know who they are.)

Depends on the age of your baby.. As they get elder (old enough to interact) I would be VERY selective about who meets your little one.. I personally dated a bunch when my baby was infantile and he got attached a few times and after the break up he missed them and it was awful..
I've now met a wonderful man that loves us..
You've get to play it by ear, but be very aware that kids are sensitive.. he will hurt too when you break up with someone they have gotten used to..
Personally, at your age, I wouldnt agree to anyone meet my baby until you're serious. If he's your boyfriend and he's plannign on being around, consequently you can let him in.
