Gooey blood surrounded by my prem tot ?

my baby is 6 days old today
she was born 3 weeks and 4 days hasty and is premature
last night when i was bottle feed her i noticed some light coloured gooish blood coming out her mouth at the side of her teat with some milk,so i took it out her mouth and some milk mixed near blood dribled onto her bib,its a a really light redish color...any idea on what this is as im quite worried,my midwifes come out and see me tomorow

I would take her to the doctor..My kid was born at 29 weeks and she never had anything like that ensue..

If i was you i would have called my midwife as soon as it happen. Definitely call her today for advice.

Answers:    I would take her to the ER. My daughter was also premature (12 weeks) and nothing resembling that ever happened that I recall. I would take her within to get checked out!

You should be talking to your pedi... Your midwife if your midwife she has nothing do beside your daughter. Call a Dr!
