Has anyone every have to earnings your daycare provider for 1 week leave that she took. She did not provide put money on?
She did not provide back up care for you or nothing. She requests all the holiday pay. If the child is sick or goes on time off she still requires payment. She took vacation on her leisure she did not hold my child with her but yet she is requiring payment, Thoughts?
Well, I guess when it comes down to it, in the long run, it is still a job. Just because it's a daycare position, doesn't mean that they aren't allowed to shift on vacation as well. Can you blame them? Their job is look after children adjectives day. Who yell, scream, cry, are on schedule that don't make any sense, etc. The holiday pay is a little ridiculous to me though.
Either or, how would you feel if your place of employment didn't offer you your paid break after all the work and time you put into it? Same concept, except that saying you feel approaching you deal with children all year, they really are.
is she licensed? if so go to who licensed her or if you get subsidy reach a deal to them about it.
most daycare want you to pay if you go on time off without giving them proper notice, sick i believe is different because most day care do not want to take sick kids means more kids off smaller number pay plus they would probably get sick themselves
i would fight her on this and share her you will change day cares if she plans to ripe you sour, her lesure time is her business but you are not required to pay it for her.
If she is not licensed mention the police, she needs to claim what she earns and it is against the decree as well, also licsensd day cares are much much better, you know respectively employee had a crimal record check and go to school to take care of your child they would also own some first aid training
I don't think that sounds hugely fair. It always bothered me that I had to remuneration daycare when we went on vacation, especially if we gave advanced mind. But, I guess I understand their point with that. I'm curious to see what others say.
I used to be a provider. My parents volunteered to pay for a week of vacation time. I did not want them to, so I took the money and bought new stuff for the kids to play beside. They did provide their own backup care, but I had notified them that I would be on leave with my family several months in mortgage. I was not planning on charging them, but they paid anyway.
If you signed a contract, then you requirement to pay. If there is no contract, then you may not hold to pay, but perhaps you should just to hold on to the peace because this lady DOES watch your precious children all time so you want to keep her happy.
sorry to speak about you but thats how all the daycares i know are you have to pay for the full week whether your kid is in that or not and rather they are open or not it sucks dont it
Yes. My daycare provider requires leave pay. I find it to be beyond ridiculous but it was in the contract and I signed it so what am I going to do?
Answers: I hold two weeks of "vacation" time, but I only have to pay partly of my regular 90 dollar fee to hold her spot.
look in the contract if within is one.
I dont think its right, but its not unheard of
